As I wrote some time ago Nico, Aleks mom and I spontaneously booked a trip to Serbia. There are great connections between Malmö and Nïs (where Aleks have relatives) and it only takes two hours. Perfect I would say. A great thing about Serbia is that it’s not destroyed by tourism. I love to experience countries in a genuine way.
One day we went to a really nice park area called Niska banja just a few minutes drive away from Nïs. The area is filled with cafes and Kafanas (type of restaurant). You can easily find Kafanas where they play live music. Love it! The food is great too and very cheap compared to Swedish prices.
